How much does real estate photography cost in Los Angeles?

Real estate photography packages start at $200. Final pricing depends on the property’s square footage, location, number of images and any additional services selected, such as drone photography, video, floor plans, virtual staging, 360° tours or a property website. You will see the total price before confirming your order.

How quickly can you photograph my listing?

Appointment availability depends on the location, property size and services requested. We understand that Los Angeles real estate listings often need to go live quickly, so we do our best to accommodate urgent and short-notice appointments. Call us to discuss a time-sensitive listing.

How soon will I receive my finished real estate photos?

Most standard real estate photography orders are delivered within one business day. Larger properties and orders that include video, extensive retouching, virtual staging or other specialty services may require additional production time. Your expected delivery date will be confirmed when the appointment is scheduled.

What is included in a real estate photography package?

Standard photography packages include professionally photographed interior and exterior images, color correction, exposure balancing, perspective correction and delivery in MLS-ready and high-resolution formats. The number of finished photographs depends on the property size and package selected.

How many photographs will I receive?

The final image count depends on the square footage, layout and package selected. We photograph the important interior rooms, exterior elevations and key selling features without filling the gallery with unnecessary duplicate angles. Larger homes and luxury properties may require additional images.

How should the seller prepare the house for photography?

The property should be cleaned, decluttered and ready before the scheduled appointment. Open blinds and curtains, replace burned-out light bulbs, clear countertops, hide trash cans and pet supplies, remove vehicles from the driveway and secure pets. Personal photographs and highly identifying items should also be removed when possible. A preparation checklist can be provided to the agent or seller before the shoot.

Does the realtor or homeowner need to be present?

The agent or homeowner does not always need to remain onsite, provided that authorized property access has been arranged in advance. Access may be coordinated through an approved lockbox, homeowner, property manager or other authorized contact. Please provide any alarm, gate, parking or access instructions before the appointment.

Do you offer drone photography, video, floor plans, 3D tours and property websites?

Yes. Available listing-media services include aerial drone photography and video where permitted, cinematic walkthrough videos, vertical social media videos, 2D and 3D floor plans, Zillow-style 360° tours, virtual staging, twilight photography and branded or unbranded property websites. Services can be ordered individually or combined into a listing-media package.

Will my photographs be ready for CRMLS, Zillow, Realtor.com and social media?

Yes. Standard photography orders include web-ready files suitable for MLS and online listing platforms, along with high-resolution files for brochures, presentations and other marketing. Branded and unbranded property-tour links may also be provided when included with the order.

Can you remove objects or virtually stage rooms?

Yes. Virtual staging, object removal and more extensive image alterations are available when appropriate. Minor corrections such as color, exposure and perspective adjustments are part of normal professional editing. When an image is digitally changed by adding, removing or altering a material element, the altered image must be identified appropriately and the original unaltered image should also be included in the listing in accordance with current California and CRMLS requirements.

Who owns the photographs, and where may I use them?

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we retain the copyright to the photographs. The hiring agent receives a license to use the delivered media to market the current property listing through the MLS, real estate portals, brochures, social media, email marketing and the agent’s website. Photographs may not be sold, transferred to another agent, reused for a new listing or provided to another business without permission.
